HOW IT WORKS:

1. Once the payment of $250 for the design deposit has been made, our custom jeweler will reach out via Email or Phone Call within 3-7business days
2. Our Custom Jeweler will ask step by step detailed questions about the custom item you want to bring to life
3. After the phone call the custom jeweler will work diligently with the professional design team to design the masterpiece of your dreams based on the details shared with the custom jeweler (Design can roughly take anywhere from 3-4 business days; if more will be notified immediately)
4. Once Design has been completed we will send over the design with all the details via Email, Text, or Phone Call on the size, carat weight, gram weight, pricing of different variations depending on what you want made (Example: Diamond Quality, Gold Karat weight, Gemstone Quality) 
5. Client will then approve the design details by confirming with our custom jeweler and production will start (Production is done all in house with our team of crafters/bench jewelers, may take 2-3 weeks to finalize; if more will be notified immediately)
